27 HP Twin-Cylinder Power and Power Steering

The PRO XL30 27 HP model is equipped with a Briggs & Stratton® Commercial Series OHV V-Twin engine producing 27 HP from 810 cc of displacement. The engine includes a full-pressure oil pump, spin-on oil filter, two cast-iron cylinder sleeves, Cyclonic Debris Management System, tool-free drain hose, and electric start.

Power Steering is provided through independent disc brakes on each wheel. Each wheel has its own hand-operated brake, allowing the operator to slow one wheel and pivot the mower around it for easier turns and maneuvering.

30-Inch Pivoting Deck

The 30-inch mowing deck provides a wide cutting path for field clearing while remaining maneuverable. Unlike a rigid deck, the DR® deck pivots from side to side to follow the contours of rough terrain. This design helps minimize scalping and improve traction.
