The DR® PREMIER Trimmer Mower is a full-featured walk-behind trimmer designed for trimming and lighter mowing tasks. It features a 7.60 ft-lbs torque DR® engine, a 22-inch cutting width, five adjustable cutting heights, and large 14-inch resin wheels.

The PREMIER also features a trimmer head brake that stops the trimmer head from spinning without shutting off the engine. Its offset frame allows the cutting head to reach close to foundations, fence lines, and other obstacles.

7.60 ft-lbs Torque DR® Engine

The PREMIER is powered by a DR® engine with 7.60 ft-lbs of torque and an easy-pull manual starting system. The engine also features a cast-iron sleeve and a debris management system designed to protect the engine from material kicked up during cutting.

22-Inch Cutting Width

The PREMIER provides a 22-inch cutting width for trimming and lighter mowing applications. Its five adjustable cutting heights range from 1.5 to 3.5 inches.

Super-Duty 175 Mil Cutting Cord

The PREMIER accepts 175 mil cutting cord. According to the manufacturer, this is the thickest cutting cord used by DR® Trimmer Mowers.

Patented Cord Attachment System

The patented cord attachment system allows cutting cords to be installed without tools. The cutting height can also be selected while attaching the cords.

The five available cutting heights range from 1.5 to 3.5 inches, allowing the mower to be configured for trimming or off-lawn mowing of tall grass and weeds.

Trimmer Head Brake

The PREMIER includes a trimmer head brake that stops the trimmer head from spinning without requiring the engine to be shut off.

Wide-Body Design

Cast Aluminum Nose Plate

A cast aluminum nose plate is positioned at the front of the trimmer mower to protect the machine against damage from collisions.

Large Resin Wheels

The PREMIER weighs 57 lbs. and uses 14-inch resin wheels. The large wheels support maneuverability when operating the mower in tighter areas.

Optional Beaver Blade

The optional Beaver Blade can be used in place of the standard cutting cord to cut trees up to 3 inches in diameter.

Optional Quick-Lock Trimmer Head

The optional Quick-Lock Trimmer Head is designed to allow cutting cord to be changed quickly. The cord is inserted into the head and held in place by the head’s gripping mechanism.

Optional DR® DuraBlades use metal blades embedded in a polymer material and are designed to cut woody material up to 3/8 inch thick.
