14.5 HP Kawasaki Commercial-Duty Engine

The XD26 is equipped with a Kawasaki FS481V V-Twin OHV engine producing 14.5 HP from 603 cc of displacement. The engine features a full-pressure oil pump designed to support operation on slopes up to 20 degrees.

The manufacturer specifies the engine as a 49-state model that is not available in California.

Independent Hydrostatic Wheel Drive

Two independent hydrostatic wheel drives provide variable-speed forward and reverse operation along with zero-degree turning capability. Independent wheel-drive levers allow the operator to control each wheel separately for maneuvering around obstacles and tight areas.
