The DR® PRO 26 (15.5 HP) Field and Brush Mower combines a 26-inch pivoting brush deck with a 15.5 HP Briggs & Stratton® Intek Series OHV engine. Compared with the 10.5 HP version, this model adds electric starting, a full-pressure oil pump, Power Steering, and increased brush-clearing capacity for saplings up to 2.5 inches thick.

The mower is designed for field grass and brush clearing and accepts the manufacturer’s optional attachments.

15.5 HP Briggs & Stratton® Intek Engine

The PRO 26 uses a 15.5 HP Briggs & Stratton® Intek Series OHV engine with 500cc displacement, a cast-iron cylinder sleeve, spin-off oil filter, full-pressure oil pump, and turn-key electric starting.

The full-pressure oil pump provides positive engine lubrication on side slopes. The manufacturer states that the mower can be used on slopes of up to 20°.

Power Steering

The PRO 26 features Power Steering through independent disc brakes on each wheel. Each brake is operated by a hand lever, allowing the mower to pivot around an individual wheel when the corresponding brake is applied.

The independent braking system also provides a way to improve machine tracking and traction when mowing across slopes.

26-Inch Pivoting Deck
