For the DR FB26E Field and Brush Mower

The DR FB26E Field and Brush Mower operates using a single E-Series Battery Pack. The mower also includes a battery caddy for transporting an additional fully charged battery to the work area.

A single battery can provide up to 90 minutes of runtime in the FB26E, depending on mowing conditions. Actual runtime can vary based on the vegetation being cut and operating conditions. For example, thick field grass with high water content can consume battery power more quickly, while lighter, drier brush may provide longer operating time.

An additional E-Series Battery can be used to support longer work sessions, with the additional battery transported using the mower’s battery caddy.

For DR ZT5E Lawn Mowers

The DR ZT5E Lawn Mowers can use one, two, or three E-Series Battery Packs. Multiple batteries can operate as an interconnected battery array.

Each battery provides 2.5 kWh, allowing three batteries to provide a combined capacity of up to 7.5 kWh. The manufacturer states that the mowing and self-propulsion power remains the same regardless of the number of batteries installed; additional batteries primarily increase available runtime.

The ZT5E can recharge its battery system directly in the mower, eliminating the need for an external charger for recharging the batteries in the mower.

External Charge and Error Indicator

The battery features an external indicator that provides charging and error information, allowing battery status to be checked without removing the pack from the equipment.
